Berry Crumble
Ingredients
32 oz mixed frozen berries
1 1/2 cup flour (can use gluten-free flour)
1 1/2 cup oats
1 cup melted or soften butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Fill pan with frozen berries, put in oven at 350 degrees until berries are thawed (20-30 min.) Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients together in a bowl. Once berries have thawed, sprinkle flour oat mixture to cover the top of the berries. Put back in oven and cook for another 20 min. When it’s done, drizzle some honey on top. Eat by itself or with vanilla ice cream or yogurt.
