Almond Milk

Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds (soaked in water overnight)

5 cups filtered water

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

Strain water from the soaked almonds. Combine the almonds, filtered water, salt, and vanilla in a high speed blender. Blend for 1-2 minutes. Strain liquid through a cheese cloth over a jar or bowl. Seal jar, place in fridge. Good for four days.
